how can you be happy losing all that money from depreciation?
So you're not interested in a Tesla whatsoever but you chose to come into a thread about Tesla just to say you're not buying one. What is wrong with people like you? Jesus, social media age. Everyone just has to chirp. LOOK AT ME! HERE'S MY THOUGHT! Ffs...
Then again, I'm probably talking to a bot. Like Instagram and Youtube comment, the overwhelming majority of user names that end with 4 digits is almost always fake.
Now THAT was a slick deal. It's even appreciated to the point it's worth more now 6 years later (without a single maintenance issue) used than when it was new.
And…it's dead now worldwide despite being a great and reliable car. Just like how Honda killed the Fit and most of its low end car lineup worldwide. Even Nissan is making the Versa a 20k car moving forward and 'upgrading' it.
Oh the world before Covid and corporate greed taking advantage of it alongside bullshit government mandates.
I'll leave my trolling-but-really-just-complaining-about-how-corporations-are-taking-away-low-cost-alternatives-and-pricing-the-middle-class-out-of-a-decent-standard-of-living-worldwide out of here moving forward…🙃🙃🙃
Just remember 3 years ago this thread would have been laughed out of existence because of how much of a rip-off any $70k car is. Boy has times changed…upper middle class get richer and just waste their money on crap like this while everyone else loses options. Yayyyy

The Model S oddly enough have bigger used price drops on Tesla site, seeing around $50k for those.
She then becomes enamored by the Model S, so she sells the C-300 and pays ballpark 8k to get one. This was right before the previous price decrease, which was only a few months ago. She hates it. Cool technology, no gas, but she misses her Mercedes deeply (regardless of the price cut she barely missed).
Moral of the story: if you're interested in a Tesla, be sure to test drive it first and understand what the tradeoffs are. Additionally, wait as long as humanly possible to get it, because a huge price decrease can very well just be around the corner.
I'd personally recommend not getting one at all, though.
