Not as guilty as I feel about ordering from Amazon all the time. I'm fully assimilated.
Absolutely not. I add and remove every month. The only things I don't cancel are items that don't jump around in price.
No more than any of the C-level execs (that are already getting paid millions of dollars a year) do when they decide to jack up prices just because they can, or to look good to the company's even more wealthy big investors.
I know those into financial stuff insist there's no real relation between the terms, but I can't help thinking that capitalism comes from the same word as capitalize - a word which is defined as "to take advantage of."
