That is cheaper than what you see them listed for used.

The new(ish) Les Paul Standards from the new ownership mid 2019 of either the 50's or 60's models are terrific guitars.

Purchased one in the Fall of 2019 a store demo model that was greatly reduced in price. It's a fantastic guitar. The build quality is spot on. Much better then any LP Standard I've had in the past twenty years.

If I didn't have one and was in the market, would certainly be interested.

It's a good price but for that much money, I'd like to check how nice the top is, how much it weighs and how it plays before making such a big purchase.

I had actually been looking at one of the Slash model Gibsons (he's my favorite guitarist) but read mixed reviews about the humbuckers they put in them. Does anyone know how this Les Paul compares to the sort that he normally plays? Or how it would compare to other Gibson Les Pauls? Thanks in advance. I don't know much about the different makes/models of the Les Paul. I have a couple Epiphone models but always wanted a Gibson.

Completely different pickups between the two. SD vs Gibson BB. Probably best to head over to YT. There are lots of videos on these two guitars.

Used guitar market is plummeting right now. Just picked up a mint late 2019 LP Trad V Pro satin for 1k. I'm trying to get an ultra tele for 1k at the moment. People are hurting making it a buyer's market.

Where are you located? Trad V's are going for $2.5K and Ultra's $1.5K - $2K in Southern CA
