I haven't used this product but I bought a similar Bissell unit. I've used it a few times and it has worked, but I'm still not sold on the concept. It seems like spraying the same type of solution onto the stain, scrubbing it (if necessary), and vacuuming it with a shopvac (or other wet/dry vacuum) would be just as effective and at least as easy. Plus you wouldn't need to own an entirely separate single-purpose appliance.
