Mentioned this in the Worx 4V thread which is selling for the same amount as this Skilz driver @ Sam's Club (link) but thought I should mentioned it here as well:
When comparing specs the Skil 4V driver is inferior to the Worx 4V driver in the following ways:
Slower speed (220RPM vs. 250RPM)
Lower max torque (4Nm vs. 5Nm)
No torque settings (Worx has 3: 2.5Nm, 4Nm and 5Nm)
Uses a microUSB port (vs. USB-C)
No battery capacity indicator (vs. three light LED indicator)
The benefit of the Skil driver is that it can be twisted in either pistol or in-line grip mode which is pretty cool and it comes with a 5 year warranty (vs. 3 year for Worx).
I have the non-pivot and after 12 months (light use), the battery has expanded on me and essentially rendered the unit useless. I will go through warranty claim process.
It's a great tool while it worked.

As I will have lost the little bit holder within 24 hours of opening the packaging for the first time, I've had the non-pivot version, with case, on my Amazon watch list for some time, waiting for a sale. The Ebay link is tempting.
I don't seem to be able to find the pivot version in a case. However, it looks like 3rd party cases are available for $15 or so if you're leaning toward the pivot.

I also have the non pivot version. I got it in December of 21. It's great. I've left it in the rain quite a few times and it still works. I paid this price for it on Amazon. Would have preferred the pivot version but it's served me well.
I got it from my local Sam's club for $22 a couple of months back. Then too many folks reported that their club had it cheaper. But mine had it for $22 for both in-store and pick-up.
Soon after, it so happened that we were short of a gift for family, and this thing was lying brand new unopened. I decided to gift this away thinking I'll buy another one from Sam's club.
But now I'm hesitant to buy it for myself. Biggest issue is micro-USB charging. I have very few micro-USB devices left, and those are all pretty old and will die off soon enough. Not sure I ought to purchase a new micro USB device now.
If you're a homeowner spend more for one with adjustable torque and replacement batteries 🪫 I have a dewalt 8V MAX Cordless Gyroscopic screwdriver 🪛 the Milwaukee m12 is cool too but heavier

mine are black & decker and I have used them for about ten years now. both are micro-usb charged. I'm sure that the new models use usb-c.
a lot of times you don't want a powerful driver. it will just strip screws.

READY TO GO—Power up your electric screwdriver anywhere with micro USB charging.
