1. When this unit runs, it does a good job. I wanted this for the mop to work in tandem with another robot vacuum. I could definitely tell my floors were cleaner. This did a good job of identifying where rugs were and avoiding them. It does a good job of mapping the layout of my home, like most vacuums with LiDAR.
But I had too many issues with this that I decided to return it. It would constantly drop wifi connection. When this happened, it would not run according to the programmed schedule.
It would more often than not stop in the same location in my house because of a mop pad error. Hitting the clean button, the machine would always start back up and continue from this spot.
It would sometimes randomly stop because it had an error for not being able to locate the base in the middle of a scheduled cleaning. Pushing either the clean button or home button would get it to working again.
I would estimate 4 out of 5 days a week, this machine would either not start because it lost wifi or stop cleaning because of some mysterious mop pad or other error.
2. Vacuuming worked fine but mopping not at all. Mops would not spin and couldn't get off the base with mop pads on, said it was trapped. App also did not work most of the time.
3. It has a good vacuum that picks up light things, e.g., dust, pet hair, etc. This won't replace your wet/dry vacuum. It really is not great as a mop. It gets the floor wet but then it just spins around on top. I suspect it doesn't really weigh enough to put any pressure on the mop pads. It does seem to vacuum up most of the water leaving the floor wet but with no pooled water. It's also pretty expensive. The house mapping function and phone app are pretty cool.

Edit - Looks like model 3393 and 33771 are identical, but don't think BestBuy will price match (they have 33771).
