Got them for $39 on another deal.
I make calls on them in a data center between racks and folks say I sound great with no background noise. Sound is very good for music. Noise canceling is very good.
They do loosen up a bit in the ear during jogging or such activity. Never had one fall out, but sometimes have to reseat in my ear.

Update: I called the customer service who found my order and provided the tracking number. The order is stuck in their system because I don't have a Verizon user id. As long as the package will be delivered, I am fine. It would be a headache if I need for a return tho.
