How long had you have them? I got mine 1+ year ago and no issues, wash warm and dry on medium.

These are soft but too warm for me. I bought a 4 pack last time this deal came around but only wear them on laundry day, favoring Hanes Cool Comfort instead.

I have not had that problem at all after many years. Maybe try going up a size to put less stress on the seams. Personally I have found these to be the highest quality underwear possible at this price range.

The default now for a lot of clothes is mostly polyester because it's cheap. But underwear and socks especially should be primarily cotton. Less chafing and irritation. These are really nice.
