This brand is sold at Costco. If you believe Costco sell at least decent quality product, then this brand seems to be one of them.
Each product page indicate if it is lightweight, mid weight or heavy weight fabric and also the fit so you get some idea what it would feel like.
Many of the shirt on sale are Slim fit so if you prefer regular fit or relaxed/loose fit, may need to buy 1 or 2 sizes up. Or wait for another products on sale.

I've had their short-sleeve undershirts from Costco for about a year and love them. I bought a handful of clothes for gym workouts from the 32 degrees site a few months ago and have a second order on the way. They're impressive for the cost, in my opinion, but consider the cost when I say that. Here's what I have and what I think as an athletic 6'2, 190lb 40yo guy.
MEN'S MESH PANEL ACTIVE T-SHIRT[32degrees.com] Very thin and breathable. It says "relaxed fit" but I find it to be a little more snug around the midsection than most regular ole medium tshirts. This works well for me though. Sleeves are a little shorter than most short-sleeve shirts and show off the upper arms a bit more. I think they look good but are thin material. They're $6 though. I added another couple to my second order. Great gym shirts.
MEN'S ACTIVE TECH SHORT[32degrees.com] These are a little more stiff than what I have experienced from athletic shorts (though I realize they're called "tech" shorts), but they work well for lifting. Zipper pockets are nice. The stiffness grew on me and I ordered a couple more.
I picked up a couple sleeveless shirts in my second order too. I think one of the things I like the most is that I don't feel like a billboard wearing their stuff. The only branding I've seen is on the tags inside the clothes. I also want to point out that this is basically their regular pricing, give or take a buck. I've kept tabs on pricing since my first order and don't really see enough variance to consider this to be slick.

I think Costco gets some different 32 Degrees stuff too. I have Costco's 32 Degrees Men's Twill Tech Pants, which can pass pretty easily as business casual, and they're great. The 32 Degrees site doesn't have pants like these where you can select the inseam, whereas the Costco ones were. These pants are more roomey in the thighs than the similar Weatherproof (still like these too) tech pants.
Either way, my experience with the brand has been good at the price point, for sure.

Seems to be really popular. It's my husbands favorite brand at the moment.
