However this should be fine for that since you're not writing to it terribly often.
These are Class 10 and so are considered slow to write data for Cameras. Their read speed of 100MB/s should far outstrip any retro emulation device. I'm grabbing some for my Security Cameras but I would recommend a faster card if you're doing 4K video or UltraHD Digital Camera work.
These cards are ideal for security cameras and dash cams since those devices cannot often handle more than 128GB

For a miyoo mini, that's probably an overkill. I have a 64GB and have a ton of games but still have room left.
You can still get something smaller like 8gb. But prices aren't that much different between 8gb and 64, so might as well get 64 in case you end up using it for something else in the future
