With pleats? I don't think I've ever seen food service staff that 'dressed up'.

I'd be more inclined to say these would be 'winter color' Dockers for IT staff, as a seasonal change from khaki.

I tried some of these on the last deal. Bought 3 different colors. Ended up returning every pair for being too large too long. I mention this because I sized them off another pair of Dockers that I own that also happens to be the size I normally wear so I foolishly assumed they would fit.
They were pretty comfy, very light thinner material more akin to dress pants than general wear or work pants.

Classic fit in these means baggy legs.... great for girthy legs, not so for skinny folks.
