I have mine outside and being in Tampa get heavy rains. It comes as six pieces, top, bottom, front , back , two ends that click together. I bought a caulking sized tube of clear silicone and ran a bead around every inside and outside seam. Almost three years later, it is holding up perfectly outside with no leaks.

I don't think so, check out the YouTube assembly videos, you have to click the walls together. Maybe cool for the ice portion but not the water.

Assuming you mean filling the walls with spray foam, then putting in a pond liner. No. The walls will blow out. You'd need to reinforce the structural integrity of it. So maybe it'd work if you build a wooden frame around it.

It's really expensive to do ice baths when you're supplying ice. Much cheaper in the long run to DIY a chest freezer.
