Instabridge [instabridge.com] is offering a 10 GB wireless data plan with 30 days validity at an industry leading rate of $14/mo.
Upgrade to 90-day validity for just $5.90 more via
MOGO [ifreegroup.com], or get
3GBs for $6/mo [ifreegroup.com].
Alternatively, you can purchase 35GBs with 365-day validity @ $39.99
via MobiMatter [mobimatter.com] - this plan specifically, features international roaming in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. If you're traveling Europe, WOO offers
30GBs for $19 [esim-europe.com] w/30-day validity. For all other countries, filter through
eSIMDB [esimdb.com].
All plans pair well with
TextNow [textnow.com], which provides OTT calling and texting services at no cost. iMessage will work - but it will use your Apple ID email address as your identifier.

Correct. You'll want to pair it with TextNow or Google Voice for calls and texts.
iMessage will also work - but it will use your Apple ID email address as your identifier.
The only missing might be voice and txt, which not many people need anymore. I guess w/o a voice plan, you can still dial 911, right?
