On the surface, $11.89 for 30 servings is a killer deal. But once you dig into the details of what this stuff actually has in it, it becomes clear it really isn't.
1 serving/scoop gives you negligible amounts of Beta alanine, creatine, and citrulline malate so you would need to start with 2 scoops MINIMUM to get any sort of effect from those and, even then, it really isn't enough. The problem with this is the amount of caffeine intake goes through the roof once you start hitting 2 scoops. 150 mg in one scoop is fine, but 300 mg at 2 scoops? 450 @ 3??? Absolutely not.
Either buy creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline by themselves and mix with water or find a product that actually has decent doses in it without blowing your caffeine intake through the roof for the day.

Being an ostrich is now fashionable for human evolution I guess?

Very disappointing. Next time I'm taking 3x the dose and hope for something(something positive).

Also I do have High Blood Pressure (yes, I'm on treatment since forever).

If you're looking for other effects like say the pump of creatine, NOS or something else, I'd filter my search for non-stim pre-workouts. As many have mentioned, it's much cheaper to buy each ingredient in bulk, in addition to knowing the quality, but that can get annoying having to either prep before each workout or spending time mixing up batches.
But worth a try...can you recommend a source to purchase? Amazon doesn't seem to carry it.

It is added to almost all sports drinks and many other foods. Certain people are far more sensitive to high doses than others. Back pain and tingling in the extremities are some signs of toxicity.
"A known side effect of vitamin B6 is peripheral neuropathy, which has symptoms of tingling, burning or numbness, usually in the hands or feet" Mayo Clinic.
I have experienced these side effects. Each time I resumed the drinks and supplements for a number of days the symptoms returned.
