On the surface, $11.89 for 30 servings is a killer deal. But once you dig into the details of what this stuff actually has in it, it becomes clear it really isn't.
1 serving/scoop gives you negligible amounts of Beta alanine, creatine, and citrulline malate so you would need to start with 2 scoops MINIMUM to get any sort of effect from those and, even then, it really isn't enough. The problem with this is the amount of caffeine intake goes through the roof once you start hitting 2 scoops. 150 mg in one scoop is fine, but 300 mg at 2 scoops? 450 @ 3??? Absolutely not.
Either buy creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline by themselves and mix with water or find a product that actually has decent doses in it without blowing your caffeine intake through the roof for the day.

Last I followed, all the guarana, cola nut, green tea stuff were just alternate sources of caffeine, but still just caffeine. There is no secret, newly-discovered Amazon-jungle energy supp out there. Ephedra was pretty much it...it's all just caffeine now with cryptic add-ins of dubious benefit?
Otherwise, just buy the stuff separate and mix with water. You can also get caffeine in a powder form that would do the same as a pill.
