I've put this in my cart several times over the last few weeks, ordered once and canceled. Reviews basically come down to this - yes, it's junk. Good for the money but arms get loose, seat wears out in a year of couch but not bed use, and it's very, very firm.
So at ~$150 it'll keep your butt off the floor, and look better than a milk crate. But it's not a steal, this isn't a clearance on a good couch. I'm looking for seating in an unfinished basement and I still am not sure if this is good enough.
Also quite a few buyers have reported serious problems on delivery. Ripped boxes and stained cushions, broken pieces. If that happens it's a huge hassle to get it returned.
I bought it when it was posted a couple of months back. Impressively large box it is shipped.. it went together fairly well. If you intend to convert to a futon, back to a couch, to a futon, back to a couch, etc.. I could see that this isn't going to last very long - just too much moving with hinged legs and a hinged back. I'd expect it to get very loose very quick. The arms are bolted only at the bottom, not at the back.. so I do assume they'll loosen quick from people laying against them and such. The linen color did come with a few questionable 'stains' - not overly noticeable, but there. For $152 + tax shipped to me, it's better than nothing. But I do expect to replace this fairly quickly.

I too bought this we didn't think it's to bad for a back up basement futon but not recommended for a everyday use but u should know that in the price!
It is junk. I returned mine, hardly any cushion and side rail wobbles in few days no matter you tighten it and hurt my back while returning it. Better stay away from this.
I have this in mustard yellow and agree with the majority of the sentiments posted. The look is nice and contemporary, but the quality of the mechanics is relatively cheap. It will work if you need something that will primarily be used to sit on here and there, but the futon setting is rather uncomfortable.
