I've put this in my cart several times over the last few weeks, ordered once and canceled. Reviews basically come down to this - yes, it's junk. Good for the money but arms get loose, seat wears out in a year of couch but not bed use, and it's very, very firm.

So at ~$150 it'll keep your butt off the floor, and look better than a milk crate. But it's not a steal, this isn't a clearance on a good couch. I'm looking for seating in an unfinished basement and I still am not sure if this is good enough.

Also quite a few buyers have reported serious problems on delivery. Ripped boxes and stained cushions, broken pieces. If that happens it's a huge hassle to get it returned.

I bought it when it was posted a couple of months back. Impressively large box it is shipped.. it went together fairly well. If you intend to convert to a futon, back to a couch, to a futon, back to a couch, etc.. I could see that this isn't going to last very long - just too much moving with hinged legs and a hinged back. I'd expect it to get very loose very quick. The arms are bolted only at the bottom, not at the back.. so I do assume they'll loosen quick from people laying against them and such. The linen color did come with a few questionable 'stains' - not overly noticeable, but there. For $152 + tax shipped to me, it's better than nothing. But I do expect to replace this fairly quickly.

I bought one of these for my home office. More decorative and as an occasional use couch and not a daily couch.

It looks nice but I also suspect it won't last if you're using it for one of your high use areas.

It's fairly easy to put together.

Not fixed sofa! Another cheap convertible all-in-one futon.
We used Novogratz other model, they have nice retro design but built VERY BADLY, will loose comfort and deforms quickly. (the iron leg has broken off, the seat is being pressed down to the iron "spring" and much more)
I do not recommend.

Got instead Shintenchi long sofa with -20% clipped coupon, has minor issues but you will get decent quality for $300. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3TM4792

P.S. Don't buy any cheap futon for living room, they are not so good as sofa for seating nor good as bed for guest for sleeping. Cheap futon horrible at all, better just put money in trash bag.
