Patiently waiting for their better trade in deals...I realized I only paid $99 for the s7+ to s8+ upgrade which was a good deal to me...paying $500 for the s9+ trade in is just meh.

I'm a little confused on how it works for the $200 trade in value "other"phone. Does that mean that if your phone is not listed it's eligible for $200 even if a newer more modern, more expensive phone has a resale value of less than that.?

Very tempting. I have one foot in the Apple ecosystem because their screens correct dimensions for reading (and I don't trust OnePlus to execute on a good tablet), but Samsung pens are so much better than Apple, and it would be nice to match OS with my phone.

I cannot get free slim keyboard, when I use chat to talk to online support they said it is taken down, as a replacement a free specs upgrade is offered.
Can someone post their checkout screen as an evidence that this is not the case?

hmm they are giving $500 for s7 plus. looks like they won't be updating the s7 plus to android 14 and I'm lookin to downsize.

I refuse to buy Samsung tablets until they fix the issues with dark HDR. All HDR videos are almost unwatchably dark on my S7 Plus. Yes I have changed all the settings that I'm supposed to change. On my Lenovo P11 Pro Gen 2 everything worked perfectly out of the box the video looks gorgeous.

it does not appear with Netflix or Amazon Prime video that the tablet is properly making brightness full on playback of HDR videos. this occurs on current Samsung phones like the s23 as well.

only way to get Netflix watchable on S7 Plus was to install an old APK and get rid of automatic updates.

disappointing for such an expensive product to not play videos properly

yea this makes me nervous as well.

Give me $200 for a phone thats more outdated than their $20 listed phone.

I'm with you. Love my S6 especially because I bought both me and my wife one for $115 each brand new from Walmart. Hoping the S8 gets a drastic price reduction from places like Walmart.

It looks like the free keyboard is a no go now. Whenever I add it to the cart, I have to pay the full cost for it. No discount.

The trade in partner can sell them to independent sellers. Like the ones you see on ebay with 100s of used phones (yywireless).

Yeah, I can't get the free keyboard to work either anymore. I was waiting for my old phone to charge/turn on so that I could submit payment but no dice. Oh well

Edit: discount still works for me on mobile!
