The other one was a guitar. I can't be sure if it's actually new, or just in great shape and someone returned it and it had no wear or damage on it.
The other guitars I got were used and had very slight flaws with them. Extremely slight flaws thankfully, except maybe my american acoustasonic telecaster. I had to do some dremel work on a knob to get that one useable. But was worth getting it for half the price of new.
Just make sure you're ok with receiving a used one if ordering used.
If you're hoping to do the 'upgrade to new for slightly more' thing, be sure to call them first. Sometimes if you place an order online by time they can look at upgrading you it's already entered shipping and they'll say they can't do anything.

Nice mahogany though - that is what you are really paying extra for.
For the price this should have been manufactured in Korea or Japan.
I am happy with my Ibanez AF95 - open box for $280.
Selling at Amazo for $830.

Don't get fooled by the inflated price

I never buy guitars before testing them. If I can find this in the store I will check it out. Even more so if it is made in china.
Unfortunately guitar center do not carry them in store.
What is their return policy if you do not like it? Looks like 15% restocking fee and you have pay for return shipping.
ProAdio also selling on ebay for $20 more: https://www.ebay.com/itm/30512542...R_jF
Looks like they are desperate to get rid of unsold inventory for a product they can't sell.
