Q - What if I run out of minutes/texts/data in the middle of the 30 day cycle?
If you run out of your allotted credit per 30 day cycle, don't sweat, we don't charge pricey overages. However, you won't be able to use that specific service that was exhausted until your next 30 day cycle renews. So if you run out of minutes only, you could still text and surf the web. If you need more credit mid-cycle, we offer two options: a $2 and a $5 option.
$2 option: 100 minutes or 100 texts or 100 MB of data @ The Highest Speed
$5 option: 250 minutes or 500 texts or 250 MB of data @ The Highest Speed
The credit does not roll over cycle to cycle so if you add 500 minutes with two days left before your 30 day cycle is over, you will only have two days to use the 500 minutes.

NVM: I used my foreign credit card and itt works for some reasons
but the price is low, so the cheapskates will keep falling for it
Then I ported my number to RP - now, everyday I get minimum 3 spam calls, 'wrong number' calls are numerous. I had to install apps to block unknown numbers automatically. So, my guess is, they sell your number!!!
Voicemail box gets reset every-so-often. I have setup my mailbox at least 4 times in the past year. Worst part is I won't get to know if the voicemail box was reset. Callers won't be able to leave voicemail - that's it. The only way I get know about the reset is if I call the voicemail box myself.
Porting a number to them was a pain. Was out of service for 3 days. I used to be able to make calls, but my old phone used to ring for any incoming calls. Their tech support is a joke.
ESim works Ok
Staying because of the annual plan already paid for 😔

Roll the dice 🎲 if you want to. Some have no complaints, but I did. Good luck.

Now, I have a 1GB and 25GB/web (now 30GB until renewal, had a 20GB/ebay plan) and a $30/yr GSMT plan. All these plan shuffles and web/ebay variations have my head spinning. All I know is that last year's BF/holiday deals seemed fewer and shorter. Fingers crossed for this fall.

Are you using Helium physical sim ? May I ask what device you are using ? Do they ship the psim if address is not in Miami ?
The list of compatible devices is unclear to me in that whether it is saying Samsung devices are esim compatible on Helium.

I've used Red Pocket as a backup and it's generally fine, though support is slow and offshored. Also woth noting that the Verizon network only allows hotspot creation on iPhones, not Android.
