[imgur.com] Lyca moved to a PINless activation system about a month ago and it's been failing - so you have to request your purchases Bundle/Plan PIN be sent to you so that you may apply it to your line/account. This is known as a Bundle PIN RETRIGGER request.
An English-language line phone agent created and referred a case to another team for completion and provided me with a reference number. I received a PIN via email about 12 hours later. That said, some just reported being able to get it instantly via Chat.
Once you have the PIN apply it to your line here: https://www.lycamobile.
Alternatively, you can send them a message at [email protected] or via Twitter DM [twitter.com] - make sure to include your phone number, SIM's serial number, and purchase's reference number (MFSTxxxxxxxx).

Not in the US market, as far as I can tell.
They do in the UK, where they have extremely competitive rates with EU roaming included.
To verify, I'd chat them and ask if the US-version of the iPhone 14 is supported.

Honestly, I'd start looking for a similar deal about 4.5 months in - Mint usually has something similar; their current promo is for three months right now.
