When do these posts get promoted to "Popular"?
Are there promoted authors?
Most of these titles have 0 reviews.
the others have very few. seem like recently added titles

I love the Freebies Sections but am always a little confused when one gets boosted so high occasionally to Hot Deals/Popular/FrontPage. it's understandable when it's a popular title/series/author that isn't usually free, but often that's not the case
there are thousands of free Kindle titles all the time.

I'm pretty sure it's likes on the post. Might have more to do with timing, maybe some days these posts are just at bad times when not too many people are checking it out. Not sure about that though. I know I personally miss some of these cause I'm not checking all the time, but I try to give a thumbs up whenever I see them.
