I'm of the belief many eBay stores have knock offs/stolen tools, especially dewalt.. Wholesale for these lights is 27.50, either they get them much cheaper or only making 4.50 on each sale.. idk, but it is a great light

And many of the ebay stores are the same Dewalt authorized retailers that we buy from on Amazon or from their direct sites.

I would bet that some of these high volume companies have a better wholesale price tier.

Quite possible.. Just strange to me the same authorized retailers would list on eBay for 32, but list for 45+ on amzn (and 95 on their website!). If someone sold on amzn for 40 it would be the cheapest price and the featured seller, so idk. Still a good deal at 45 imo!

Seems that Amazon prices are usually higher than ebay prices. Probably a difference in selling fees. I'm sure there is a different customer base as well. Ebay buyers expect a better price, otherwise I'm sure many would buy from Amazon.
I usually check both when shopping and prefer Amazon if it's the same price or lower. Since returns are easier and return shipping is free, also cash back on Amazon card.
