I've also added a canon EF->R adapter for $109 so I could use my existing lenses. Unfortunately they will arrive at different time so I had to order separately and make their arrival time as close as possible(delayed shipping for R7). didn't bother to buy 3rd party one:

I went with Amazon for the R8 and BH for a lensbaby trio.
I'll wait for a refurbished control ring adapter to be in stock from canon's website.
