Existing ATT Fiber here w/ wireless discount. Located in Southern California
Original plan: 1 Gig Base price $100 w/ $20 wireless discount + $5 autopay + $10 equipment charge. With tax it ended up being around $75.78/month.
Contacted ATT via live chat (waste of time btw) but they gave me the number to contact the Loyalty department. When the automated system asks, just keep asking for the Loyalty department.

Spoke with a rep and told them that the existing plans don't charge an equipment fee. They looked at the price and saw my base price was $75 after discounts on my old plan and said that I would be paying more with the new plan. I had to mention that it doesn't make sense because I have the $20 wireless discount which should make it cheaper since it doesn't have the equipment fee. She switched me over to the current priced plan but it still let me keep my HBO Max on the account and I got a $100 Reward Card also. So right now after discount, it says I'll be charged $60 before taxes with no equipment charges.
I'll consider this a win. Slickdeals coming in clutch again.
I did one of these promotions for the $300 gift card, after months of back and forth emails and phone calls with reps the best they could offer was $100 off my bill instead. Absolutely terrible, I was on the phone with them for a combined 30 hours. No I do not value my time well I wanted my damn gift card.
Not showing 1gig $55 for life time plan in my zipcode. Promotions are working though. Wondering if it is worth to sign up for 500mbps plan with spouse name and cancel existing plan on my name.
It's only available for new customers. And, I believe it's attached to the service address.
Has anyone else experienced issue with not receiving any notification/letter about rewards card? I saw the previous FP deal and do see some people getting their cards. However, I never got any notification to redeem the cards. Is contacting the support the best way to deal with this or is there a special line that deals with rewards?

If you find out let me know. I was lied to multiple times that my rewards card should have been sent via email then by snail mail for a month, never got anything. Then after that they said I missed the redemption period and was SOL.
I am a current fiber customer and for last few months i was charged $90 for 1 gig internet. I called customer service and they took it down to $85 by enrolling me in paperless billing. I asked them if they can lower my bill more and they suggested to talk to their loyalty department. I contacted this department and at first they offered me to lower my bill to $80 and a $100 visa card but i declined that offer. After some discussion, they agreed to lower my bill to $60. I recommend yall to talk to loyalty department. They can lower your bill significantly

I checked my emails from when I first signed up for Fiber back in 2021.
Got an email from [email protected] with the subject line "It's time to claim your reward!" The email had a claim number that let me see what rewards I had. You could also just enter your account number or if you have a wireless account with them along with your zipcode. If you don't have a claim number from something in the mail or email, you might want to call them and ask for the claim number so you can claim your card from the redemption page https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx .
Physical cards were mailed out to me back than.
I still don't see anything in my email with a claim # about the $100 GC I was offered yet. I'll give it a couple days to see if I get an email and reach out to support if I don't see anything.
All I see on my account under alerts is
"Discount expiration
Your $100 Reward Card (Requires Redemption) discount expires in 29 days."

Can't understand why someone would even post this without YMMV in the title as all of these deals are regional. $80 is minimum price for 1 GB at my address with no lifetime guarantee

ATT has the worst CS, only there top CS 10% rep were good and offer $35 internet for a 1 yr.
Spectrum Gig CS were much better in my location.
FYI $55-70 is normal price for gig

I remembered my bro's house didn't have a Att white box for fiber and I think they charged an additional $100 last year to install it.

The gift cards apply but the lower price on service does not unless your in the BAY area.
