They work harder to get new clients but won't work with you to retain your account. I'm going to be switching to other ISP's because of their BS.
I was able to get a $10 a month discount and keep my current speed/benefits. It's not the full $20 but it's better than nothing. I've chatted on ATT's website and spoken on the phone with their retention/loyalty department. It could have just been the timing but the FB Social Media Specialist provided the best discount for me. Good to know in the future when my new promo expires!

Lo and behold, when I saw this offer, I logged onto the AT&T site to "Change my plan" to see if any new options come up. To my surprise, it shows 1Gbps Fiber at $10/month, 300Mbps Fiber at $40/month. Naturally, I signed up for the 1Gbps service - let's see if the pricing stays as stated. Otherwise, I've been itching to get faster speeds via xfinity anyway.

Now when i saw this add i called them while i was in second month free service,they said i am eligible $200 gc, so basically i am getting 3months free and $200 gc for 1gb internet plan
I added my mobile plan too and i am getting with my some discounts of $35/monthly if i combine cellular+ internet
