I did set the disconnect date and start date to the same day. I scheduled it out for the weekend as my wife works from home to not have any downtime

I had applied all the codes on this thread for 1 Gig fiber, been 2 weeks, got 4 claim codes over email - Nvidia game, ETF rewards card ( I cancelled before 2 years of Xfinity contract), Smart home bundle and $300 gift card options!!

Getting better speeds, almost 1 Gig, glad I swiched😁

Always better to leave 2 days overlap between disconnection of old.provider and setup of new provider - just in case there is issue in setup.

I work hybrid, so cannot afford to lose access to internet, so used this way.

How long did you all have to wait after new service installation for the $300 claims via email? I activated service on Monday oct 1st and was told I would get the $300 and $200 Amazon bundle over chat. However, I have only received an email for a $150 gift card and for the nvidia trial and an etf email for old service cancellation fee which I didn't have. Curious if I should keep waiting or call and complain.

After you saying that you can set the disconnect date to 2 days later than the new install date? If so, I'm surprised ATT's system allows that. Sweet!
