"After some investigating, I found that the Chrome default settings had been altered so that something called "naviwithus" was the actual search engine, and opening a new tab actually brought up something called "UpSearches" rather than Google. I did a quick Bing search and saw that UpSearches is flagged as a virus software. My repulsion at these settings turned to disgust when I found that attempting to change these defaults didn't do anything; the original defaults would just come back. I even uninstalled Google Chrome and reinstalled it, but the defaults remained. "

I was on the fence about getting one for fun to play with, but dont want to be hassled with possibly having to argue and chargeback so I think I will pass for now.
Going to check out the other threads see how common it is.

I'm fairly sure they're just getting hardware from the same ODM as Beelink, though it sounds like the issues mentioned here are related to their own ordering/shipping process.

I mentioned it as I've purchased at least 2-3 systems from their brand via Amazon over the last couple of years. I haven't had an issue with the hardware or a lack of items being delivered (which I have seen happen with other Amazon purchases sold directly by vendors in the past).
While it sounds like there are definitely issues currently when ordering from their website, I wanted to point out that their devices aren't vaporware and can be obtained elsewhere. My opinion of them as a company due to these issues is for sure lessened, but I still won't hesitate to consider one of their devices if the price is right on Amazon
