I guess a little surprised to see it on Nextdoor….and it's a heavy ladder. But I guess if I was making $120 on it, I would offer delivery.

If brickseek says limited stock... it's worth finding out yourself. I had to get a clerk to search sku. They tried to tell me none in stock and I asked "none at all"? They replied with.... " well we have 1 but it probly means we don't have it if it's not out". The ladder was wrapped in plastic and up on a rack. Luckily I found it myself by looking at the sku on the package. I just had to get assistance with getting it down because it was on the bottom of a stack of 5 ladders.

Couldn't be happier! Been looking for a good ladder deal for a while and seems this is the best yet. Worth the 1 hour do diligence I spent in the store.

Bottom line... DONT GIVE UP! When you ask them to search a sku... make sure they give you the right answer then do your own searching for the item. This has happend to me many times with clearance items and they have told me no when there was 2 in stock. Just make them clarify then go on your own. Well worth it!

Picked up one for $70 + tax in san leandro, ca last night. Looked like there were a few left. No on sale price label, but the ladder did say MT-22IAAXTHD (make sure, there's another ladder labeled 22IAAL that's not on sale)

Went to the store to get one so i can finally hang curtains on my 18' windows. Brickseek said there were 10 at my HD. I left at 9am and got there at 9:30am. There were 4 guys all of indian descent in Dallas who had travelled from up to 50 miles all ahead of me. CRAP. All wanted to flip the ladder and resell it.

That's good to know, the B.S. said out of stock but you went and luckily was hidden in the ladder area or on the above racks? I searched two stores and did not find any even though said 4 available and still showing as today.
yup. even better. he could have it for a penny as well. since the item was "zeroed" out from their inventory.

Went to store near me and they had 3 left. All three had severe structual damage. They shouldn't have even been on the floor.

For those looking for one in Long Island, NY, my friend got one from the Central Islip HD, he said there was about a full pallet of them and brickseek shows there are ~19 left. (zip 11722)

its home depot. they reduced their clearance items to the minimum of 1 penny. if you can find them. since he found it from their zeroed out inventory. they arent supposed to be on their inventory anymore. he could request it to be sold to him for a penny.

which account? brickseekfree isnt my account. you can read my previous posts mentioned it. you can use any dummy email to "create" the brickseek account. as long as its not existed on their database. they dont verify the email. could be any email you can think of. try [email protected]
