I am not a fan of All-Clad nonsticks, but the 12 piece multi-material set [homeandcooksales.com] is a pretty hard-to-ignore buy at $299 before coupon. (UPDATE: Never mind. Only 2 quality pieces in that set)
As always, check out the All-Clad Pots & Pans sticky thread over on the Products forum for frequently asked questions about this sale and these pans. I created that thread because this sale comes around pretty frequently and we always see the exact same questions -- about the sale, about the different All-Clad lines, etc. Suggestions on improving that thread (and rep) welcome.

It's like owning a sharp knife, takes time to get into having good habits to keep it sharp.
You don't put it in the dishwasher..
You don't keep standing water on it for it to rust.
You don't use it on glass or stone cutting boards.

Also people seem to think that nonstick-coated pans only release toxins when they get scratched. In fact, they release toxins when they get too hot, or too old. If you use nonstick-coated pans, do so sparingly, and only at low heats, and plan to replace them regularly.
