Old school thinking. Modern suits of Polyester are fine for most occasions. Sure, a high end wool will be better, but not to the extend presented here. For the cost, this will do just fine for occasional wear. Daily, invest a little more. But there is more in these than just "grandma died".
Even with the synthetic materials and low class notch lapel, you'll look a million times better in this tux, properly altered, than anything from rental. And your next wear will be free!
you'll look like you dropped at least $100 on a suit

INC is good quality for a poly blazer, their fit is muscular/silm. $20-40. I have 2 of their blazers for 5 years, it still looks new.
Kenneth Cole is weird half the time, horrible slim fit boxy, laughable quality . I return 2 of there suits.
Van Heusen/IZOD/ Nautica is ok
Funny. Total opposite in my experience. Kenneth Cole is excellent with great fit, finish and modern look. Van Heusen, Izod and Nautica are parachutes and awful quality. Not worth getting. Guess depends on body type. Slim and athletic you want Kenneth Cole. Large in size you prolly be fine with the parachute outfits of the others.

Counterpoint: spend another $200 and get a tuxedo made of merino wool that will last more than 2 wears and actually look good:
I ordered the Nautica one in black, and it arrived today. It's a polyester blend, so I wasn't expecting it to have the same quality as a pure wool suit, which typically costs four times as much. My main goal was to find a suit suitable for not-so-formal parties and some office meetings. To my amazement, the suit fits really well. I ordered a 44R, and the slim fit is just perfect—much better than the wool blend suit I purchased from Menswear, which was three times more expensive. Additionally, the pants' seams are tailored perfectly for my height, except for the waist, which is a 38. So, I'll need to have it tailored down to a 34", and my wife said she could handle that.
Overall, it's a really nice suit for a reasonable price, ideal for casual occasions. I wouldn't wear it on a very hot day or for a more formal event. That being said, I can't speak for other brands' fit, but Nautica's fit is great.
I wish I could order in Blue plaid which is OOO now.
Title is misleading as always. These do NOT include pants. Please correct it to "Jacket". Suit should come with jacket AND pants. Even if Macy's disrespect common sense, let's live civil.
From one of Macy's description: "Suit includes: fully lined jacket and flat front, unlined pants with finished hem." But they do NOT include the flat front (pants).

Who even needs a cheap suit these days!? Even senators dont need to wear a suit
They need a nursing home gown, or a gym pants for their free underground gym membership. And you are right on the cheap; can get "wrinkle free" suits (jacket and pants) from Wom-art.
I have to go to court and am trying to get out of paying child support. Which one of these suits do you think looks great but also implies that I am reasonably poor and unable to dole out any more cash?

Literally the only time I need to wear a suit. Last time I wore a suit to an interview I was told to take it off.
