Customer service was really great and proactive but worth noting I did have significant issues with getting a working unit. Obvious YMMV. Commenting to indicate that they take customer service seriously
Something a lot of people don't realize is that different PD chargers have different voltage+amperage configurations they support, so they can't all charge the same things optimally. For example, I have a 100w Monoprice charger that jumps from 45W (15V*3A) to 100W (20V*5A) so it actually can't charge this 65W power bank at max speed and I have to use a different charger for it.
What I like about this power bank is that it actually tells you the voltage and amperage it's outputting/inputting at so you can easily tell (via multiplication) if you're charging it/the other device optimally.
Not only are Anker chargers more expensive per watt— you have to get the Anker 737 power bank to get that same feature, and that one runs at $150 (gets as low as $100 sometimes, is currently at $110). The 737 charges up to 140W and has 4000mAh more capacity, but unless you need 140W worth of charging power at once, this Baseus is a much, much better value.

It would NOT be ok to plug in another device into the car socket adapter unless it has a variable input range that would accept 20v.
I bought one of these, and it's worked flawlessly thus far.
Then hooked to a variable load device that accurate measures watts, amps and voltage and determines the capacity.
Again the capacity is rated as the CELLS inside the power bank, not the output you will get.
Here in the attached image I am running 20v for PD3 and get way less output capacity from the efficiency lost in the 3.7v to 20v conversion.
Since you cant set 3.7v output, you run 5v output and assume average losses of 15-20% based on how efficient it is.
Based on that, it was right on the money for me.
Edit: If I charge my s22 at the "Super fast charging" rate of 45w it gets noticeably warmer than when charged slower even if for the same amount of mah.

Besides, airlines limit is about 27K mAh.
power banks are usually shipped not fully charged, it is safer this way
however, a cable was definitely included with mine. Yours is clearly not totally new.
It's solid, we'll built, and I bet the entire bank recharges faster than an iPhone 15.
