My iPhone 14 Pro and Xfinity are the worst device and service I've ever had. It makes me regret moving from terrible AT&T.
Like other providers, Xfinity have different unlimited plans - the $30 per line one (for 2+ lines) doesn't include network prioritization so make sure you're on a better plan than this basic one and you should see a difference (assuming your in a good Verizon coverage area as they use this network).

Xfinity Mobile offered me $390 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max... most major carriers are offering $1000 for any trade in of 12 or newer...
Is this current pricing?

I think the CS did that as mean prank, their unlock policy seemed ok until I tried unlocking paid off iPhone that I used the required time on their network their response was that they only unlock when original purchaser requests it otherwise regardless of that it qualifies for rest of the unlock terms they still wouldn't budge. As a result I ditched their cellular and used that phone as trade in device for T-Mobile deal which included free line promo and few months later switched to Fios for internet as well. They lost loyal 20yr customer that paid bills on time and I learned my lesson not to give my money to business that doesn't care about their customers.
Couldn't agree more

it is in its infancy but give it 5 years and i guarantee people will be bored of ios and want the next big UI which will be Huawei. also I am sure apple will copy the popular features and dub them their own!
Why do you think anyone would invite the Chinese gov/Huawei to spy on them? next big thing? laugh out loud

Not my intention to cynical but these days if you're not planning to give any money to businesses that don't care about their customers you'll have to completely live off the grid

Take a look at tmobile these days, ruining what took them years to built by exploiting both employees and customers, at&t and verizon nickel-and-dimming customers by removing things like autopayment discoutns for customers who use credit cards. The only thing you can do is take a chance with deals like these, documenting everything possible in case you need to argue with company at some point, even then it's sometimes not worth your time

You win some you lose some. Companies don't care about the customers, not even their own employees

I can count on one hand the number of times I've plugged my phone into anything in the last year. At this point, I don't really care about the port to be honest.

No details yet on actual mode/price incentives right? And FWIW, we switch to XM from T-Mobile a couple years back and I've had nothing but positive experiences with service (which is just Verizon) and customer service.
But that's neither here nor there, on the fence about upgrading the wife and I from our 13 Pro/Pro Max. If they both get the $830 though, that is pretty damn tempting.
I also switched from T mobile to XM 2 years back and have had nothing but positive experiences with the service and pricing. I also have xfinity home internet, and it's solid.

for people like me who needs to use on other carrier while travel international, it only worth the deal if the $400 is instant credit
Hmm if youre using it to travel internationally isn't having an American iphone 14/15 an issue? considering many other countries esims are still not the standard and Apple had the great idea to remove physical card slot from them in the U.S

Seeing discussion about Huawri and the Chinese phone market on here and wondered where Huawei and the Chinese government got the resources to build these advanced mobile chips from the global chip ban.
Stealing, backdooring, & copying seem to be in the blood of the Chinese under the CCP regime!

DO NOT get Comcast Xfinity. Thee worst service bc you on there hot spot network that cuts in n out if your driving and take forever on porting making you lose out on deal and then give you hard time porting it back out if your lucky. Also unlocking there phone is impossible. Your better off with a can and a string
Just turn it off. Problem solved.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.
Yeah I've had the unfortunate luck to have port in/promotion issues. It took me 3 months of speaking to God knows how many reps/tier 2/tier 3 support and even billing supervisors and STILL it wasn't fixed. Every time I call I had to explain the issue and wait for them to read the notes.

I got fed up after the 3rd month and filed an FCC complaint. Someone from corporate actually called me within a week and did a workaround to resolve the issue.
