Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Can we get $100 visa card for new line along with this offer. I see conflicting information.

OP's links says - "Customers can also stack this promotion with a $100 Visa Prepaid Card when they activate a new phone line."

Where as xfinity terms has - "May not be combined with other offers."

I have two 13 Pros, will buy two 15 Pros and trade in a couple iPhone Xs. Will need to switch the numbers from the 13 Pros to the 15 Pros. Hopefully I'll be able to do that without screwing up the bill credits? What do we think of my odds of being able to do that?

I'm upgrading my parents who are on iPhone X. I checked the trade in credit a couple days ago — $74. With this promo the trade in is $600. We haven't had any issues with XM. I do admit the customer service has gotten worse over the years but it's never been so bad that it's been a deal breaker.

What I meant by "on top of $400" is that any tradein is basically either $830 or $700 then minus out the $400 without trade in. So in reality, trade in only worth between $300 to $430 depends on the model.

Same situation for me, considering trading in but using the 15 pros on different line. With sim cards it was easy. Anyone know or can confirm if this can work with esims? I worry chat agent will tell you anything to get a sale so I didn't try them yet. Thanks

This is by far best. My iPhone XS tradein value is 600$ which brings 15 pro to 400$+ tax. Before this XS trade in value is 140$. Am anyways stuck with xfinity for internet and mobile for years.

I don't see why not. When you order the 15's you're identifying at that point which lines they are being added to. The trade in is separate in the process.
