Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Iphone SE 3rd gen is $150 new at walmart. IMEI passed the trade in check without activating.

nets you an extra $50 than just taking the $400.

I've had Xfinity internet for 5 years and mobile for 3. This has not been my experience at all. I can't believe the value and quality of my service.

I've had the opposite experience but I never call in. I just go to the Xfinity store by my house and they are knowledgeable, quick and helpful.

You can trade your iPhone 14 Pro Max to get a $520 check + $400 off making it's $920 in total discount.

Got in on a similar deal with iPhone 14 Pro Max. Xfinity has been just fine; getting Apple Watch transferred to a new one was a pain with their customer service team. Other than that, they act like any other post-paid carrier IMO.

Truthfully the regret I have is not getting an unlocked phone due to lots of international travel.

Same. Just FYI in case anyone else is wondering, Spectrum's only offer currently is an additional $100 on their (already undervalued) trade-in prices.

Have you tried it? Tempting get one from Amazon.
I have done their "trade in" on earlier occasions but always with phones that I already owned.

I saw a response here (https://slickdeals.net/f/16921651-xfinity-mobile-up-to-830-off-apple-iphone-15-via-24-mo-bill-credits-w-trade-in-from-15-mo-for-24-months-new-existing-plan-activation-req?p=165861397#post165861397) that said they have the 2023 TF model and it wasn't accepted; proceed at your own risk.

Can you have another eSIM on an locked phone?
Buy a phone with new line as line 2.
Activated line 2
Can I move line 1 to the new phone? May not work if it's SIM restricted.
I tried that some time back with a XM locked iPhone; wanted to move another XM line to that phone temporarily. XM CS refused.I didn't push because I had alternative options (including not using the line temporarily).

The service kinda sucks when you consider they use Verizon. This is especially true with their WiFi calling. But if you don't need unlimited data they are super cheap.

That said, I am currently on my 14th call to them since Thursday.

1. Despite being a customer for 22 years and never missing a payment, I was required to send a HD picture of my license (front and back) to a third party company "for my protection." This was unresolvable as there are apparently no supervisors with Xfinity mobile.

2. Their management system is garbage, it won't let me upgrade despite eligible since 2021. No one available by phone has the ability to help because my name is "grayed out" even though they can see the paid off XS in the system and say I'm eligible for upgrade.

3. Four times I was promised a call back by a supervisor within 15 minutes and all four times I never received a call back. My current call, 42 minutes in, I am still waiting to connect with a supervisor, the agent keeps coming back and telling me something else, trying to change the issue, suggesting something ridiculous like cancel my account, order a new line, porting my number, cancelling that account, reopen mine……..they play games, purposely waste time until you hang up.

I 100% would never go with them again, just based on their ridiculous customer service. Comcast has always had crappy customer service, but this is a new level.

I just hit minute 46.
After 15 calls now, I still have never spoken to a supervisor. They are actively trying to break my willpower, I feel like taking them to small claims court for wasting so many hours of my time. 😡😤

Minute 59, and the CSR hasn't even checked back in yet p minutes.
