Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

The service kinda sucks when you consider they use Verizon. This is especially true with their WiFi calling. But if you don't need unlimited data they are super cheap.

That said, I am currently on my 14th call to them since Thursday.

1. Despite being a customer for 22 years and never missing a payment, I was required to send a HD picture of my license (front and back) to a third party company "for my protection." This was unresolvable as there are apparently no supervisors with Xfinity mobile.

2. Their management system is garbage, it won't let me upgrade despite eligible since 2021. No one available by phone has the ability to help because my name is "grayed out" even though they can see the paid off XS in the system and say I'm eligible for upgrade.

3. Four times I was promised a call back by a supervisor within 15 minutes and all four times I never received a call back. My current call, 42 minutes in, I am still waiting to connect with a supervisor, the agent keeps coming back and telling me something else, trying to change the issue, suggesting something ridiculous like cancel my account, order a new line, porting my number, cancelling that account, reopen mine……..they play games, purposely waste time until you hang up.

I 100% would never go with them again, just based on their ridiculous customer service. Comcast has always had crappy customer service, but this is a new level.

I just hit minute 46.
After 15 calls now, I still have never spoken to a supervisor. They are actively trying to break my willpower, I feel like taking them to small claims court for wasting so many hours of my time. 😡😤

Minute 59, and the CSR hasn't even checked back in yet p minutes.
sounds like a lot of MVNO networks. I use visible and cant complain for $25/month but I wouldnt call it great or well run. But im not willing to pay up for a "premium" network

How picky are they about damage to the phone. My son't iphone has a dent in the housing, the glass has a tiny chip. Do they consider that damage?

If I bring it in and they inspect it at an xfinity store and it passes can they later say it was damaged and cancel my trade in subsidy or is it the case that once they take it at a store you are safe? Sme question for locked phones.
Tradein is handled by a different company, don't trust anything they say in-store.
I think it will be refused if the damage is visible

Iphone SE 3rd gen is $150 new at walmart. IMEI passed the trade in check without activating.

nets you an extra $50 than just taking the $400.
Is that a straight talk iPhone? Don't they want you to be active for 12 months to unlock?

Last year I got the 14 Pro Max with the same bill credits and zero trade in. Keep waiting. It costs me around $15/month after the credits.
How long did you have to wait for?
I'm using an aging 7 plus so an upgrade to the 15 would be nice.

All iPhone 14 models qualify for the $830 back. I verified on their website and will receive it for my 14 Pro with 128GB. 👌

I'm waiting for later in the year to upgrade my wife's iPhone. A lot of people are complaining there isn't a good reason to upgrade and pissed about the usb c BS. I hope they have to lower the price due to lower sales.

Ported in a number (used Google Voice) no trade in and I did it in October of last year I believe. $830 off with bill credits for 24 months. The plan is pricey as hell and it pisses me off in most areas you can now sign up for 1 gig or higher internet and get a basic unlimited line for free. Typical Comcast crap.

I was the person asking about my daughter being able to use her Iphone 12 on XM in France. Just to clarify are you saying she could use her phone as is for calling or texting as long as she has internet or wifi in France (and without paying the $10 per day fee)? If so that might work but I know she's going to be traveling around France quite a bit during her trip and I have no idea what the cell service is like over there.
Yes, just make sure she has Wifi calling enabled on her phone.

She can test this (while still in the US) by turning on the Airplane mode and connecting to Wifi. If she can still make calls and send/receive SMS (not iMessage), then it means it works.

When arrive in France, make sure the Airplane mode is set the way you tested it so she won't get charged for international roaming.

Ok and thanks for the explanation as we will try this out. If we do decide to pay the $10 extortion (I mean roaming fee) can I easily do that by logging into my XM app or account or do I need to call in?

I've had them for 4 years now from an s9 to ip 12 then 13 pro and now the 15 pro on order. Best service I've ever had. It's Verizon towers.

I'm paying less for the 15 pro than I did for my 13 pro with the trade in.

It's not really an mvno as it uses verizon towers with no throttling.
