Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

I just cancelled 2 orders from them after I found out that the Trade-In is handled via Assurant. Look up their trade-in issues are all over the internet and some people said they lost their phone because Xfinity said they need to contact Assurant and Assurant says they were not their customer. And a lot of other issues as well.

So I don't want to take a possible loss here, I cancelled my orders at least my iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Max still with me and my wife. I may wait for a better deal or just go to Apple store to trade. Fingers crossed

It's not really an mvno as it uses verizon towers with no throttling.
Just checking, is this completely true? I use Verizon prepaid and it throttles in places where there are large crowds pretty badly. I thought Xfinity used the same.

what does it mean "balance of credits associated with device payment are forfeited."

will they re-bill this $830 credit back if we pay in advance or port out before 24month ends?

like iphone 12pro max, can be around $500, so this is somewhat like 300 off only. but if i cant maintain 24month, and they apply 830 back... the wording there sounds very fishy.

can anyone explain if i understand correctly?

agreed. Xfinity is great once it works. but to get some deals or even phone lines to work can be CONSTANT calls with idiots that say they will fix it, they''ll follow up tomorrow after porting goes thru, etc. get ready to tell your story about 30 times and once it finally works even the CR will be shocked. Then its smooth sailing, but i've had quite a few headaches. sometimes its worth it, but its a PITA.

I'm paying less for the 15 pro than I did for my 13 pro with the trade in.
We got the 13 for free on Tmobile with a 10 trade in.

I absolutely agree with their mismanaged service and case handling. I've involved BBB for their false marketing and billing me for service which their system wasn't able to port in for over 3 months. They are absolutely fraudulent and I've literally wasted 30-40 hours stupidly stuck with no resolution, even with BBB involved

You cannot pay in adnvance. You need to finance the phones with Xfinity to get the monthly credits for 24 months.

I am currently on a deal with them for a S22. $8 a month for 2 years only because they sold a locked LG G8 that could not be changed to a new APN when they quit supporting the old APN. It pissed me off, but I had wasted so much time trying to get them to fix it, I gave up.

I've had them for 4 years now from an s9 to ip 12 then 13 pro and now the 15 pro on order. Best service I've ever had. It's Verizon towers.
"It's Verizon towers" is a meaningless marketing statement. Visible, for example, is Verizon towers as well, but the traffic is deprioritized so it performs nowhere near as well as Verizon

The ONE phone that I had activated during the multiple weeks Comcast decided to break everything on my phones (and internet somehow lol) the service was not great. YMMV by area of course.

Probably the best way to put it honestly. As long as it works and you don't have to talk to anyone, it's "fine". God forbid you EVER need to contact anyone for anything though.

It's exactly an MNVO. They use other cell provider towers, hence the name Mobile Virtual Mobile Operator.

Last year I was able to hand my trade in at the store to avoid mishaps. Not sure if this has changed.

BBB is useless for this type of problems. Ypu need to file a complaint with FTC. Has been responsive and effective with any problems I had with various carriers.

i had an ASSurant issue too. Sent my trade in same day i got the return label. My tracking showed it arrived in 2 days. They processed and marked it as received on day 31, one day late. It was pulling teeth even with tracking proof to get my trade to the probably $400 bonus i was supposed to get instead of only $14. Yay! Xfinity AND ASSurant are such a great combo to deal with....
