Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

From what I understand, the trade-in offer is actually loss for the customer. They should be able to sell their phone for higher price than their trade-in offer if someone knows how to sell it on eBay or any other platform.

$400 off is good. But I would think there will be better offers in couple of months considering recession is on the way.

Don't switch to Xfinity mobile. Deprioritization is awful.

Especially don't do it with bill credits. If Xfinity jacks up you internet or cable rates and you switch to another provider, your cell phone bill goes up $25 per month for stand alone service. And if you cancel your mobile service you owe the full retail price of the phone. Ask me how I know 🙄

Yikes all bill credits forfeited if service is cancelled. Don't even think about changing service before you're 24 months. Luckily I'm already locked into their internet I'm not going anywhere. They got me but my nuts 🥜

So I have an Iphone XR I can trade in and get 600 credit...and get a new Iphone 15 for a monthly payment of $9.58 which means its about 229.00--I already have Xfinity service and have no issues with it.
What's the catch ? Seems too good to be true.

I'm also with Xfinity Mobile for many years and I feel good for their service. Trade in my iphone 12 pro for iphone 15 pro with $700 credit. No catch for me.

You are correct that online support is non-existent. However I've had nothing but amazing service for great value by going to an Xfinity store and finding a knowledgeable rep to help me. Make sure this person knows their stuff and stay in contact with them only, do not use online assistant or other help services.

Been on Xfinity for years. Never noticed any call drops and data is there when I need it. But you know, I'm not streaming Netflix in my car and downloading games or whatever so maybe those type of people are more impacted.
