Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

I was told I could stack this deal with $400 off for opening a new line and they also there's a $100 Visa gift card promotion that expires tomorrow that also stacks. They're going to call me back tomorrow to complete the transaction no trade in devices required.
Did you get this deal online or in store?

I just dialed 611 on my xm phone. No hold time either. Lady was friendly on the phone not sure what part of the planet she was on. She's calling me back tomorrow morning To complete transaction. She said promotion was not listed on website I believe the price I was offered is the same as on this thread half off phone before the $400 off.no trade in needed

This deal is so confusing, and no one asked the essential questions:
Does this deal require that you are an Xfinity Internet Customer, and Xfinity Mobile customer?

Also does Xfinity Business Internet customer count?

There's nothing "confusing" about your "essential questions". Just boiling down to complacency and laziness with figuring it out for yourself instead of being spoonfed.

Thanks, I just called in as well.

My slickdeal:

1. Traded in my iPhone 11 Pro max for $700 off iPhone 15 Pro Max 256Gb

2. Ported my wife's T-Mobile line for $400 off iPhone 15 Pro Max 256Gb. My wife currently has iPhone 14 Pro Max 512Gb, so it's not worth it to trade in for $830. I will sell her phone separate for $1000.

3. Rep said $200 total gift card ($100 GC per line will be mailed to my house after I activate both lines)

4. Also got $20 off my internet for the next 24 months to align with my phone plan. So I will pay $55 for my 1GB instead of $75.

5. Please note you will have to pay taxes and first month device fee of $49.99 up front, so it will be ~$160 each phone up front ($49.99 + $112.50 tax in CA).

In conclusion, monthly fee for me and my wife:

1. $30 monthly plan + $49.99 monthly device fee - $29.16 monthly credit ($700/24) = $54.69/month

2. $30 monthly plan + $49.99 monthly device fee - $16.67 monthly credit ($400/24) = $67.19/month

Awesome!

Sorry if this has been asked but since these new iphones don't use sim card slots will I be able to open a new line to get the 400 bonus and then trade the new device into a different line. Like I used to do just by trading sim cards?

Trade? Like with a different company?
In order to get the $400 you need to be paying this device for 24 months, if you want to pay it off sooner you lose the discount, you can be using the physical card for the line with a different device (not sure about esim)

Xfinity might ask you at some point why youre not using a device you're still paying for

Did you get this in writing? the website doesn't mention anything about $200 GC promotion, only deal going on right now is a $100 Visa gift card per line you open with them (which ends tomorrow), and believe me xfinity is notorious for denying things like these unless you have evidence of what you were promised

No , trading between different friends and family members also with xfinity mobile. In the past with sim cards we were able to do this easily by trading sim cards

Sorry, i meant to say $100 each line for $200 total. Not $200 each line. I don't see it in writing but I trust that they will mail it. Will see in a month!

Agreed but sadly not exclusive to xfinity. You should NOT trust AND verify anything promised by sales reps working mainly on commission
