I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Probably about a week after i receive the phone.

So you could add a line and trade in an iPhone XR, for example, which is $600 in promo credit, and the remaining $230 would come from adding a line. It would make the monthly payment $0/mo for the base model iPhone 15.
The promo gave me $600 in device payment credits to trade in my wife's iPhone XR for an iPhone 15. That's way more than it would go for otherwise.
it also gave me $830 for my 12 Pro max.
I had planned to just buy them outright from Apple like normal, but this was much better since I plan to stay with this carrier for a while anyway.

Not sure if they increased the price but Unlimited Intro is $30, not $20 so you probably got this a while back.
I have Xfinity Mobile and Internet for YEARS....generally no problems.
I have 4 phones and share 10GB of data and I pay like 72.00 a month. Cant beat that.
I get everyone hates Xfinity, but for a lot of people it just works.
For the super geek/ultra nerd "I have to have a new phone, get it unlocked and flip it so I can get another new phone a year from now and I need to be able to stream 4K video on the road with no lag" type, it doesn't work. Everyone else should be fine.
For the trade in it's possible to sell current phones yourself directly and pay full price for the new phone, provided you have the time and will to do that.
However, if you are happy with xfinity and mobile option and everything is working fine, then that of course trumps all other things.

they do? when I added a trade-in device, it took away a $400 bill credit from the order page, only showing my iPhone x value at $600.
