Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Yes. One code gave me two discounts on two separate phones. $830 X2, plus BOGO lines = roughly $30 X 12. Total credits: about $2020. That's why I was wondering if it was too good to be true, but so far, it seems to have worked out.

I also do have that promo in my rewards but I also have existing lines with them. promo terms says it is only for new mobile customers.

Shucks, if I have that promo (no trade-in, max TIV), I'd jump on adding new lines. You're misreading the terms, new mobile customers mean new line. I had 4 existing lines and was able to add a new line, trading in a Moto at $600 TIV and promo already shows up on my line/account.

Did anyone try to exchange the phone after ordering the phone with $830 off promocode?

I'm trying to do that and the customer support guys say I need to first return and the place a exchange order with only $400 off and after 21 days of receiving the phone, they will adjust the promo code to reflect the $830 off. I'm skeptical to do that and don't know if the customer support will really honor the promo code from the original order.
