- Up to $830 in trade-in credits will be applied monthly to your account over 24 months so long as Device Agreement is in effect. Actual trade in amount varies depending on model of phone you select to trade-in and purchase.
- If your line is canceled or device payments are accelerated (i.e. paid in advance/ahead of time before the full 24 months are completed), the remaining balance of monthly bill credits associated with the Device Payment Pan Agreement will be forfeited (meaning you must keep your Xfinity Mobile active/pay for 24 months in order to receive the full trade-in credit applied to your account).

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Status changed to processing and I got my IMEI. still waiting for a tracking number.
CSR provided the tracking number. Delivery date is 10/13 via those crooks at Fedex
Is this easy, difficult, or impossible through this deal?
A little backstory - company I work for has a internet and phone service through Comcast (Business Internet Gigabit Extra). I was in charge of the move from AT&T 10+ years ago (static IP, porting numbers, etc, etc.) It was a pain but smooth sailing since.
We have a business rep assigned to our account, but in recent years all we do is just handle renewals.
Business cell phones are with AT&T. I had an option of going there, but 36 months of bill credits is a no for me.
I reached out to the guy regarding a swap for me and he confirmed that we'd be good to go so I did bite. Here's breakdown:
- 2 lines $80, although I'll go to the $60 plan starting next billing cycle.
- $30/mo off the business internet/phone bill for 12 months
- I got 15 pro, 256 GB. initial charge $158.58 (tax and 1st phone payment), traded iPhone 12, unlocked, 128 GB. $700 approved today (shipping was sloooooow), credit applied to my line 2x $29.16. Going forward it should be $16.67/mo
- 2nd line, I had iPhone 11 64GB, traded for 14 128 GB, that trade-in went much faster. Initial charge $105.22 (tax and 1st phone payment), $700 approved for 11, credit applied to 2nd line 2x $29.16. Going forward it should be $1.25/mo.
Pretty decent deal.
I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Worst case I don't get the credits and I sell the phone and I am out a couple bucks.
It all seemed above board.

I've been debating and biggest issue for me is really not wanting to take the risk of the strict 30 day requirement on top of not wanting to be locked in for a minimum of 26 months before phone could be unlocked.
My 15PM was delivered but doesn't show up in my devices in the xfinity portal. It's marked as complete in billing but also stuck in backordered with a little clock ⏰. I even received the activation email saying it's been delivered.
