Nov 2023 - Just had an ugly experience with Joe's New Balance. I bought 4 identical pairs of shoes, By model# in shoe tag, only to find the shipped product was 1/4 inch to narrow and 1/4 inch to shorter than the original. CSR and CSR Supervisor would not allow the returns - SO Watchout when buying from Joe's New Balance

Thanks for the heads up. Sounds like their inventory is contaminated with factory skews and defects.

It was very disappointing after physically proving (pictures & tape w/measuring new vs old same exact shoe model) the shoes were smaller Joe's CSR would not take them back... even after escalations & supervisors I'm stuck with them out over $100... I'll NEVER BUY FROM JOE'S NEW BALANCE AGAIN
