ACCOUNT --> PROFILE Scroll down to phone and try to add a 4 digit PIN.
After you do that, when you get to the pump you enter your phone plus the extra 4 digits.
I have an account where just my phone number wouldn't work and I needed to add those 4 digits. My card would give me the discount but if I just entered my regular phone at the pump for the Alt ID my discounts wouldn't show up. Worth a try.

I don't think you need a Loyalty Card to get your Account ID. If you already have an account just log in on a PC.
"ACCOUNT" --> "MANAGE LOYALTY CARD" --> "LOYALTY CARDS AND ACCOUNTS"
That 7-8 digit number is your Account ID
If you want a card you can order a physical card or you should be able to pick one up at a station.
You should be able to link up to 2 cards to one account.
I prefer using the cards so I have 2 FR cards for my account. I keep 1 card in each of my cars.
NOTE: The 16 digit on your FR Card is not your account ID.
