all their stations are franchisees that cut corners. I switched to an American brand and never had a check engine light for bad fuel.

You would need to activate the offer by 9/17 either via the email message you received or by finding your account ID # and adding it to the link posted above.
To find your account ID #
1. Use a BROWSER (not the FR App) to sign in to your FuelRewards Account
2. On Top Right, ACCOUNT --> MANAGE LOYALTY CARDS
3. Look for "LOYALTY CARD AND ACCOUNTS" 7-8 digit number is account ID
NOTE: It is NOT the 16 Digit numbers under "FUEL REWARDS CARD" and adding your ALT ID to the above link won't work.
2. On Top Right, ACCOUNT --> MANAGE LOYALTY CARDS
Are you using a browser? On my android using Chrome, I viewed it in desktop mode and followed the steps.
