Just in time for iPhone 15 upgrades/purchases. AT&T has deals with costco when you buy or upgrade to iphone 15. I was able to get the activation fees waived and the order confirmation stated the $100 gift card would be sent after 60 days. There's also a mention that $50 would be applied to your account after a certain amount of days.

"Minimum qualifying plan $75/mo" … so keep that in mind if you only have a line by yourself or maybe you don't care because your employer pays for it
