The fine print says minimum qualified plan is 75/mo. That's where they get you with these "free deals" - locking you in at high monthly rate for 3 yrs.

Quick math assuming you are ok with Visible/Mint at $30/mo - overpaying by $45/mo for 36=$1620, that's what you are paying for the "free iphone".

If you live in an area which has good coverage then better buy an unlocked phone and get a carrier of your choice than getting robbed by these guys for 36 months.
I have an unlocked phone & pay $20 per month for service. Can't be happier.

are we able to apply the nurse discount for a new ATT account via costco? We are coming from T-Mobile. Also are we able to apply ACP as well as the $20 discount on the internet for having wireless?

AT&T is absolutely horrible. Constant call drops. Even when calling 611 to complain about call drops. BTW, they suck as an employer, too.

i had a COU device as well as personal. The service is, and was, spotty.
I know have a VZW Company phone that is even spotty... I dont think any 1 carrier is better; they all suck in certain spots and at certain times.

If it is for family plan (4 lines), will the min $75 plan apply? If yes, it is worth it, correct?

The Teacher/First Responder appreciation discount is applied to your monthly unlimited plan starting in 3 bill cycles. ATT requests current paystubs or current offer letters for proof. You would have to set that up with them online or phone call.

I have had Sprint for 15 years then switched to AT&T and then changed from AT&T to Verizon. Best decision ever made.

I also had TMO through work and that wasn't bad.

I went to Costco to a Verizon booth. I had 7 lines from T-Mobile I wanted to transfer out. Currently they have any phone any condition for $1000 for iphone 15. 6 lines want the iPhone and 1 line wants s23 utra which they are giving $800 trade in value for Note 10+, but the Costco Verizon rep first said he can't stack the two promos, then I said okay let's just do 6 iphones, then he couldn't apply the trade in value... I'm hoping it goes thru when I call the 800 number

Used to be sign 24 month contract get the phone for $200, contract was tied to the service, not the phone. Now you're stuck with the phone for 36 months and can't upgrade without paying a huge cost. Even when the next phone comes out in a year you'd still owe over $600 to pay off to get the next phone, or if you pay $6 a month you can get on the next plan and it will take 18 months to get to be able to upgrade.
