Loved the show!

It's sad that Amazon truncated the last season from the planned 10 episodes to 6, which forced a cobbled together ending.

HOLY DANG THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS. But yeah, as StrongWater mentioned the 4K version is locked to Amazon most likely. The books are amazing (went through all via Audible) and highly recommend the show. The first season was kind of slow to get into it imo but after that it gets great.

Wow, I've been waiting forever for this series to go on sale, specifically the later seasons.

Individual seasons are also on sale for $9.99 each so $30 for the series is a much better deal.

However, I already bought seasons 1-3 on sale from Vudu ages ago and got the blu ray for season 4. Seasons 5 and 6 were never released on disc but I didn't want to pay full price ($25 each) for digital. For $10 each, I just picked them up.

Anyway, great deal for the whole series and also for anyone that just needs to pick up a season or two to complete the series.

I am on Book 3 of the series right now. It's been great to listen to from Audible. I am hoping the shows are just as good.

Great show but it's free on Prime . For some reason there hasn't been a new season in a long time so I guess there won't ever be. I don't recall that there was any final ending to the show but one commenter mentioned an ending so I'll have to go back and check.

Same for me but with the writers strike by the time they got a new season out it would be way too long since the last season had aired.

They did say that the show officially ended.

I never read the books but apparently after where they got to in the books there is a big time jump... 28 years... which would actually make it easier to bring the show back after a long hiatus.

There is no new season; season 6 was the truncated final season confirmed by Amazon who bought the production rights and after producing three seasons cancelled the series.

Given that the following novels take place after a roughly 30-year time skip the best prospect I would envision would be for a film depiction, similar to what Serenity was to Firefly.

I really hope that they pick up the series at some point. I really enjoyed the final books, after the time jump, a lot more than the middle part of the story. I felt that the Marco Inaros story line was dragged out.
