Master Card is "One per household" per coxreward.com/currentcustomer/#/promodisplay. For those thinking to order more than one.

I see "Limit three offers per account." In the fine print on the iPhone promo itself. Which do you think trumps the other?

Yes I saw that, and I did mention earlier on this mismatch in the promotion terms [cox.com lists 3 offers per account, and coxrewards.com lists 1 offer per household]. Contacted support, and they have escalated to the Promotion department. However the rep was assuring me that its 3 per account, and I can order 3 and get 3 Mastercard.. The way I see is, its 1 offer Id per household, and 3 rewards per offer id. However I am not sure, and hence ordered only 1. Experts can weigh in for clarity.

Hrmmmm interesting. I'll probably jump on it for 1 at least like toy and wait to hear back about multiple/household.

Especially with no trade-in required and ~2-3 months of 15/month service seems like a no brainer.

500 promo - 45 service at which point it can be unlocked and switched to my current carrier (T-Mobile). Then I still have my current phone to sell 3rd party/trade in at Best Buy. That checks out, right? 😂.

It might be 3 different offer per account meaning 3 different promotion! Not the same one

So confusing, anyone figure it out? Cause if you don't get the rebate then it is a bad deal

I've talked to two reps and they both say it's 1 promo per line added, up to 3 lines per account qualify for the promo.

It will take 90 days of service for you to get your promo back and 60 days of service in order to unlock the phone for any carrier. And to do that, there's a call in number to get your phone unlocked once it's 60+ days and fully paid off.

Looks like a green light for us!

Can I just keep the phone, cancel service after 4 months to make sure to receive the giftcard, then port it over to tmobile with no cancellation penalties?

Seems like a solid deal for not having to mess with a trade-in or bill credits. I have an 11 Pro and Xfinity Mobile's offer from their site is $160 cash or $600 over 24 months in bill credits. I prefer the $500 gift card with Cox, plus you should also get a $14.99/mo discount on Cox Internet if you bundle with Cox Mobile. https://www.telecompetitor.com/co...th-mobile/

That's what I'm sure a lot of people's plan is. After 60 days if the phone is paid in full you can unlock it and start using it with whatever service you want. Keep paying for the service for an additional month then make sure you get the gift cards and you're free to cancel.

Seems like the best deal I've seen yet. No trade-in required and essentially $500 off the full price of the phone, no waiting for 24 month or 36 month bill credits and having to be on an active plan that's usually pretty expensive on top of that.

$1199.99 for the Pro Max + $10.00 activation = $1209.99 + Tax - $500.00 GC puts you at $709.99 + Tax. You will need to keep service for 3-4 months at least, but from what I read, if you bundle with internet you get $15.00 off your monthly bill? So essentially the service is free. Heck, might as well just leave it running as a secondary SIM if it's just going to be free comped service every month.

You're not charged for going over the data limit. It just slows down the transfer speed to where you can't do much other than light browsing and emails
This is incorrect. If you are on the $15 pay as you gig plan, Cox automatically charges you $15 once you go over 1GB and gives you another GB to use. Once you go over that, they charge you another $15 for another GB, and so on and so forth UNTIL you hit 5GB's used. Then they slow your data for the remainder of the month.

So you'll definitely want to keep an eye on your data usage if you're actually using the line, as your bill can go from $15 to $75 in no time. Not sure if you can call Cox and request that they disable the automatic replenishments, and just start slowing you after using up the initial GB, but perhaps it's possible, though I doubt it.
