I love Cox
While I haven't been happy with COX pricing, their COX Mobile may be a good deal if you move multiple lines.

It appears they are a VERIZON MVNO. Interesting.., and something to look at to move away from AT&T and their high prices.

Can someone confirm if there is a hard credit pull even when the phone is paid off at the time of ordering?
2 people said they had no hard credit pull when they pull paid off the phone at ordering.

I had financed my phone from Cox so that's I had a hard credit pull.

Whose towers do they use? Anyone know?
They use Verizon, from what I have read and maybe that's the reason why phones unlock in 60 days.

I hope this is sarcasm. They are the WORST when it comes to giving their customers good value and ever notice how their commercials never say they are a good or better value or lower price than other providers? I'm talking home internet. Waiting on their improved fiber product that they ran up our street a year ago. Then I see commercials for their lame mobile service. Again, they don't advertise great pricing, but that you can "pay as you Gig" and get some surprise bills when you happen to use lots of data in a month.

Whose towers do they use? Anyone know?
I've had Cox Internet service for years and I am very happy with it. I think the phone deal is a good deal. If you have a better deal on the iPhone 15 please post it. I guess the towers they use are the same that every other cell phone provider uses that are the big three.

Does this phone work on a Verizon plan or do I have to wait until it is fully unlocked after 60 days?

Great to hear that. Can anyone confirm if phone can be shipped to address other than the internet service address? Friend needs this phone and I have the Cox service (I don't need the phone), so planning to order this shipping directly to my friends address.

Cox mobile runs on Verizon network. If you wish to change carrier, you have to wait till the device is unlocked.

If xfinity serves your area, you can try their promotion. They have similar promotion ($400).

Nope, in the ordering process there's a screen that specifically says you cannot change the shipping address.

I've had it for years, too, and the service has been great. The pricing ($169.99/mo for Gig Unlimited) isn't that great. Spectrum is easily under $100 for the same thing. AT&T Fiber is around $80, but COX screws us knowing our street doesn't have better options.

On a good note, I logged into my COX account and there was an offer to save $30/mo for 2 years ($139.99/mo for Gig Unlimited) so that takes some of the pain away.

As a tech guy, it angers me that with all I spend with COX, my UP speed max's at 35 UP. Any lower plan than Gig is 10 UP. Pitiful.

If AT&T Fiber ever comes to our street (Gig UP and DOWN) for $80, I'm done with COX.

I was interested in this deal but customer service confused me . First one I chatted with says iPhone is unlocked if you pay in full, after 90 days of service you can claim 500$ Mastercard. After I finished chat I thought about deal and later decided to jump on it then I wondered if I can go with their 15$ plan pay as go and still be eligible for 500$ card so I chatted customer service again . First guy has no idea about promo and second guy is saying if I pay full price for phone im not eligible for 500$ card unless I buy it through him not sure if he was fishing for commission or what .
That guy thought you were a cox sucker.

I'm an existing cox customer and just talked to cox agent, who said it will be a hard pull even if I'm an existing customer or pay in full. The agent also confirmed that up to 3 lines, each will get $500 under 1 account.

A hard pull doesn't make sense unless it's financed. But not sure if I want to take a risk.

Why is that bro, Cox always going down in my area, that's why I have 2 internet in my home - Cox and AT&T. AT&T is DSL version2 like 30 Mbps, is slow but way more reliable than Cox in my area.
